Ann Tran is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She helped me purchase my two homes. She also found tenants for my property. She is very honest, dependable and never pressurized me to make the purchase. She is so helpful, readily available, respectful, caring. Ann helped me thru, the paperwork needed to sell my house. My mortgage company had 2 office, East and west coast, both not knowing what the other was doing. Much if not all of the paperwork needed to be done twice. The mortgage company was very difficult to deal with, the title company at the last minute due to the buyer needed to rewrite a few docks, she kept calm, and helped me get through this difficult period in my life. I have recommended her to several of my friends, we are all very satisfied with the level of energy, professionalism, and knowledge to get the job done in real estate these days.
